      The customer would like to have the options to disable the Collapsible Comment or To configure the number of comments to show on issue viewing:

      Actual Quote from customer:

      the other one the comments tab (see attached screenshots).

      This behaviour is often very confusing for a lot of our users.

      Is it possible to disable this feature and show every item?

      Or is it possible to configure the number of items which are shown by default?
