Comments added along with attachments should be linekd to that attachment and displayed alongside it.

      When I enter comments while attaching a file to JIRA issue, those comments are displayed along with other comments but actually I intended those comments to describe attachment and expect those to be linked to that attachment.

      It would be better if those comments are displayed alongside attachment.
