      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Basically re-create the expand feature from Confluence for JIRA comments. This would enable users to simply throw any content the comment author doesn't want to be displayed by default in a nice expand macro to be displayed once clicked. This would allow comments to be more structured, and allow larger content, such as error logs, etc. to be submitted via comments.
