      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As an administrator, I would like to be able to specify a list of words that should not be processed by the stemmer (see Indexing Language setting in General Configuration) during issue indexing to improve the relevance of query results according to the business domain of my JIRA instance.

      Additionally, this will provide administrators with the capability of working around bugs in the stemming algorithm (overstemming generally).
