Thumbnails of very tall images do not render on the bug page correctly

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. create an image of size 1316x4298, save as JPG
      2. create a new bug in JIRA, upload this image

      Expected Results

      1. Thumbnail is contained within it's box.

      Actual Results

      1. Image exceeds the thumbnail border bounds and covers text on the other parts of the page (see attached).
