In Stash, we let the user to preview JIRA issues in a dialog, but any images in the issue description that have been added as attachments to the issue show up as broken images due because of the relative path eg `/jira/secure/attachment/....png`

The description field is rendered by JIRA and sent as HTML so we can't easily rewrite the URLs to include the JIRA instance host, port and context, based on what we know about the remote JIRA instance from AppLinks.
