Steps to reproduce
- Create a JIRA filter with some sample issues in it (Example of JQL filter: status = open)
- Access the filter then close one of the issue
- Click on Return to Search in the issue viewing page
- Then the filter result will still remain the same showing the closed issue (no refresh occur)
- You will need to manually click on the small refresh icon in issue navigator or refresh the whole page to get the updated filter result in the issue navigator
Comparision in JIRA Server 5.2.11
However, it won't happen in this way when in JIRA 5.2.11
When you select Return to Search, it will automatically refresh and show the updated filter result (with no manual refresh required) in the issue navigator
