      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      The JIRA Mobile Interface does not allow users to create issues.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to create JIRA issues on the mobile interface.

      Workaround

      1. Switch to the Desktop interface on the Mobile device.
      2. In case JIRA is configured with e-mail integration as per Creating Issues and Comments from Email, create the issue via e-mail.
