Update navlinks plugin to fix missing entries in application navigator in OD

      Symptom

      The application navigator (top-left 'hotdog' drop-down menu) is missing entirely or items from it are missing, causing users to be unable to navigate through other products.

      Version 3.2.2.1 of the Atlassian Navigation Link Plugin will fix this problem.
