Issue Collector plug-in is working well in the browsers chrome and Firefox. But in internet explorer 9.0,the "submit button" and "close button" are invisible in IE9.0.

When I mouse over on those buttons they are blinked.(shown). But when I mouse out from that, again it got disappeared.

The code snippet of mine is something like this.

Please provide me a solution for this problem.
