Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.
After the removal of a project on JIRA, the project is not being automatically removed from Bamboo. If the new project has the same project key, the project name is not being updated too.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a project in JIRA (TEST)
2.This project will appear in project selection when creating a new Plan in Bamboo.
3.Delete TEST from JIRA and create a new project "New Test", with same project key (TEST)
4. Try to create a new plan, the old name will remains, because Bamboo is not checking the project name or bringing it from JIRA.
