      Atlassian Update, May 9th, 2019:

      Hello everyone,

      This issue is fixed and already rolled out to Jira cloud. Now, the versions page shows correct release date.

      1. Set a version release date
      2. Look at Change Log or browser Versions page
        This issue happens only if the default JIRA timezone differs from the server OS timezone.

      Expected

      Date is the same as on Manage Versions page

      Actual

      Date is one day earlier on Change Log and browse Versions page

      Work-around

      Set the JIRA timezone to match the system timezone on the server.
