I want to notify by email a group or list of users when an issue of a particular type (Bug) is created.

Perhaps I'm being dumb, but I cannot find a solid way of doing this.
The notification scheme stuff does not allow if this issue type then that.
The create issue post function does not allow this either.

I could create a filter which returns all new issues of this type created in the last 5 minutes, then run a subscription every 5 minutes, but it feels like there is a risk that a new issue could fall into a gap in the schedule.

Is there a better way to do this?
