      Requirement: https://studio.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JST/Customer+Facing+JIRA+Imports?focusedCommentId=37684227#comment-37684227

      A version check should be added before working with a data import. The version has to be equal if performing a "Single Project" (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Restoring+a+Project+from+Backup) import.

      Please ask dyu for further input on the functionality to be provided.
