      how can I change comment visibilty(for only developers) of already existing comments.Of course editing one by one is not an option.
      Maybe If there isn't GUI solution I can use some SQL in jira db like
      UPDATE COMMENTS SET VISIBILITY = 'DEVELOPERS'

      A user is having a use-case that can bulk restrict the visibility of the comments.
