Sign-up form doesn't shows error message when incorrect captcha is provided - the page just reloads without proper message

      How to reproduce:
      1. Go to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/secure/Signup!default.jspa
      2. Fill all fields with proper data. Fill captcha field with value that doesn't match the image.
      3. Push sign up button

      The page will reload and no error message will be displayed.

      I've tested that on Google Chrome. Tested with 3 JIRA versions (current ondemand, 5.2.4 (JAC), 5.1.6).

      The attachment shows page after submitting the form.

      All other fields correctly shows errors when invalid value is provided.
