Include linked issue in notification for issues resolved as duplicate

      Would be nice if the notification for issues resolved as duplicates included the linked issue (if it was provided). Saves the person closing the dupe from adding it in a comment and/or the recipient having to open the issue to find the new one.

      Could maybe even consider moving watchers from the closed ticket to the one it duplicated.

            Due to the large volume of JIRA feature suggestions, we have to prioritise our development efforts. In part, that means concentrating on those issues that resonate the most with our users.
