    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a user creates a new issue optionally show the search results of similar issues. If the user sees an issue was reported before they can click on it and it will open in a new window. This prevents duplicate issues from being entered.
