Browsing http://baseurl/charts throws a 500 page error

      Steps to reproduce:
      Current behavior:
      • It will throws a 500 error page with lots of information about the server;
      • Thus, it affect all the JIRA versions from 4.4.5 to 5.2. I haven't tested in versions prior to 4.4.
      Expected behavior:
      • If the "/charts" page doesn't receive any argument, it should not display a 500 error page with all the server information. Even without a logged user it will displays a lots of sensitive data. JIRA should manage this.
