When you are working on a n issue, especially a task, you often create new issues and then go through the process of linking the old and new tasks together. Sometimes my team get lazy and raise these new issues by making them sub tasks. I then have to go through and re-arrange things and beat the offender with a wooden stick or kluurger.

It would be useful to have a "Create Linked Issue" in the "More Actions" drop down that creates a new issue automatically linked to the current one.
