Java applet for attaching screenshots to case hangs on OS X 10.8.2

      Java applet while attaching screenshots hangs on OS X 10.8.2 (64 bit) when pasting the image from clipboard, taken by ctrl-shift-apple-4 while using Safari 6.0.2.

      http://javatester.org/version.html reports that the bundled Java version with OS X is 1.6.0_34
