As a JIRA user, I would like the ability to bulk change the link field for several issues

      Specific use case: I manage a queue of incoming Support requests. Many of these requests are auto-generated error reports that end up being linked to a root cause ticket. This is, on occasion, hundreds of tickets. I need a way to bulk change the link data from a group of tickets, to one.

      Current functionality allows to open one issue, add a link, and enter in the issue IDs that I want to link. This causes a HUGE loss of time for my analysts, when a simple filter can be created, and a bulk link would solve time, sweat, and happiness.

      "Simple" change on user-end, would contain a Link Type and Issue Field to the Bulk Change operations screen.
