      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      This can break functionality throughout OnDemand. JIRA OnDemand's configuration itself does not allow anything but letters. One example of a failure was a project having the pkey of "ABC:123" and the corresponding Confluence space was not created.
