      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When JIRA makes outbound requests, some configs require that it go through an outbound proxy. It's not working over NTLM.

      Note that this is totally unrelated to NTLM authentication for logins.
