Description
When i send an email from a windows machine to generate tickets, the subject line is not decoded correctly. We get Tickets with subjects like "=?us-ascii?Q?Account disabled?=" or "=?utf-8?Q?Account disabled?=".
Mail-Client such as Outlook display the correct subject line "Account disabled".
Is this a known behaviour or are there plans to change it?
