Restrict Select Custom Field values

      JIRA should have a way to restrict the values of certain Select Custom Field according to a rule.

      In example, the Select field have the value "A", "B" and "C".
      If the status of the issue is Open, it shows all values. But if you set the issue to "Close", it shows just the option "A" and "B".
