JIRA Heatmap gadget code inconsistent algorithm between wallboard and project summary

It's been found that the Heatmap on the wallboard while filtering on project labels shows entirely different results compared to the project summary screen label Heatmap.

Note the screenshot, the top browser is the heat map gadget filtering on labels in a project, the word Corel is the only large label, then the bottom browser is on the project summary page, note the varying sizes of the labels.

It's been found that the code that produces the algorithm of these two heatmaps is entirely different hence the sizes of the text being rendered inconsistently. Please make these consistent, possibly relying on the project summary algorithm/code over the dashbaord's.

This issue is particularly visible in Projects with multiple Issues where labels (or another value used in the Heatmap) weren't used until a big number of Issues has been created.
