OnDemand Gdocs select screen does not allow filter by title

When you try to add a gdoc to a issue by pressing the link "Attach Google Docs" then you will see a nice overview of available docs.
The input field "Title Contains" does not allow any input, making it impossible to filter on title of the doc.
In the element inspecter you see the following:

<input type="text" size="20" id="gdocspicker-titleFilter" name="gdocspicker-titleFilter" disabled="disabled">
