    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Implementing "Watcher" as a field would allow administrator to configure it on "Validation" process during the transition period.

      This implementation will allow users to add watcher while creating, editing or commenting an issue if they see fit.
