Cloud connectors web-section for JIRA (post 4.4) in the Plugins menu has an incorrect weighting.

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      The cloud connectors core plugin has a web-section for post JIRA 4.4 that has a weighting of "1" this means it will appear before any other entry in the menu (including the UPM's own entries) this looks terrible. Please change the weighting to be '6' or higher, as our menu item has a weighting of '5' (it's not '1' in case we decide to put other Atlassian items above it).
