When adding a multi checkbox field option, we still indicate to customers (on the UI) that HTML tags can be used, when in fact, they cannot (due to proper escaping).

      Remove this wording from the page:

      HTML (e.g.: <b>My Option</b>) may be entered in option values. Be sure to 'escape' literal <'s with < and >'s with > (e.g.:<b>Apples < Oranges</b>)
