The "Active Directory" configuation have a configuartion field called "Default Group Membership" described as "A comma-separated list of groups that users will be added to when they first log in. These groups will be created if they don't already exist."

We want every user in Jira to be automatically belong to the jira-users and jira-developers straight away after syncronization/creation, without the need to wait until they first log in in the future.
