      Hello developer and support-team,

      we need a separated permission in "Permission Scheme" for version and component administration.

      At the moment I can only grant "Administer Projects". But a user with this rights can modify Project-Role-Membership. This is not my goal.

      Possibly it's easyer to separat a Project-Role-Membership-administration to a new permission.

      I hope this idea was accepted, because we need this subdivision.
