Adapt JIRA stylesheet to support mobile devices

      We need JIRA to create some stylesheet that will adapt it's content for mobile devices.
      We need to be able to display JIRA dashboard on our mobile device and to change some issue content, assign issue, edit them, etc.
      I saw many other issue here related to this one but they are always skipped.
      I DON'T want an other app! Only a web page that is adapted to my small mobile device screen.
      I think it's an important feature for a 2012 web base product to provide this feature natively. I've already bought JIRA, I don't want to buy something else to to this.
