Filename characters are gibberish when "Excel View" link is clicked.

      Hi,

      There is our customer's report.

      This problem occurs only in the specific condition.
      It is that a language mode setting of user profile is language(s)/locale(s) using non-ascii characters (e.g. Japanese, Chinese, etc).

      If setting English language mode, the downloaded excel filename is "Time Tracking Report.xls".
