Make fields required or not depends on value in another field selected by users

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There are three fields in transition view: "Resolution", "Fixed Versions" and a custom field "Fixed APS"

      If 'Fixed' value is selected in 'Resolution' field then only "Fixed Versions" and "Fixed APS" to be made mandatory.
      If 'Duplicate' is selected then ­"Fixed Versions" and "Fixed APS" to be made non-mandatory.

      We don't know how to deploy this in transition view screen, it seems no effect to the field on the child screen.
