      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The tooltip when hovering the items of the "Issue Type" selection combo list, only gives the same name as item. It would much move valuable and meaninful, it could give a more complete description of the item without the need to navigate to the "?" icon.
