Log work comments and log work descriptions not consistent

Hi,

as described on Logging Work on an Issue you are able to set up the "copy comment to worklog description".

This is quite good for all use cases, where users enters time within my workflow transition screens. For all users logging time AFTER transition (or just using the menu > log work action) are able to enter a "work log description" instead of an comment.
i.e. that all "comments" witihin direct work logs are "lost" and not visible in the comment stream.

It's NOT a workaround using the "all" tab while there are MAANY informations which are not relevant for the discussion stream.

so can you please

• add a "copy worklog description to comment" too
  OR
• just enable it with the existing option, because it would solve it vor 99,9% of users I expect
  OR
• give an option to disable the manual "log work" in the menu"
  OR
• give a combined "comment and worklog" view to the users interface
