      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In the JiraWebActionSupport.properties file (of the JIRA code), the value (i.e. wording) of the manageattachments.description property is not clear - specifically the 2nd sentence - and needs improving...

      Please change the 2nd sentence of the manageattachments.description property value from:

      • Only users with administrative privileges to remove an issue can remove attachments.

      to

      • Users with the relevant 'Delete Issues' project permission can remove all of these attachments by deleting this issue, even if they do not have specific project permissions for deleting attachments.
