      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      So when a plugin causes an exception in active objects (due to permissions or badly written plugin or whatever). That plugin should be automatically disabled so that you can restart JIRA without having to figure out which for example UPM installed plugin was causing problems and manually remove it.
