"JIRA could not be contacted" error if I submit a form while loading the dashboards drop-down

      I've gotten this a couple of times, it's mostly caused by fat finger syndrome but would be good to fix if not too difficult.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open up a comment box in an issue and type some text in there
      2. Hit CTLR+ALT+D, which brings up the dashboards drop down
      3. Immediately hit CTLR+ALT+S as well, which should submit your comment
      4. The AJAX request for the dashboard gets cancelled and a red error box pops flashed until you get redirected back to the issue's page

      It's pretty easy to do since the S and D keys are next to each other. Here's what it looks like when it happens:
