      Say I search JIRA n times a day. For (n-1) searches, I will have a saved search in my session. This means I end up on the 'View' filter tab, which doesn't have any search fields.

      This is all fine, if my last search is relevant to me. However, on average, it isn't. This means I have to click on the 'Edit' tab to get anything useful.

      Couldn't the extra info and links on the 'View' page be squeezed onto the top of the 'Edit' page?
