      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The screenshot Applet in 4.4.x does not work with JAVA 5, only with JAVA 6.
      This requirement should be included under supported platforms page and also in the release notes for this version.
