I have a script which is trying to edit the summary of a closed issue.

The error message I'm getting back is:

Error Messages: [You do not have permission to edit issues in this project.]: <SOAPpy.Types.structType detail at 74695672>:

This is not strictly true; the user in question does have permission to edit issues in that project. I'm assuming that the actual error here is that closed issues can't be edited, and the error handling doesn't sufficiently disambiguate between being unable to edit because of permissions vs being unable to edit because the issue is closed.
