Need new field 'Verifier' in the People region of the JIRA issue page

      In some cases the issue creator will not be same person who will verify the issue.

      So we would like to request for another field called 'Verifier'.

      When JIRA issue is created the 'Reporter' and 'Verifier' would be the same.

      But after the bug is set to resolved some other person should be able to pick up the issue and verify. (May be a mail could be sent to the creator)
