The new email format is not as comprehensive as the previous one and does not look as good in Outlook 2010 as in the screen shot on the release notes. For example, the spacing around the images is not great.

I wish that using the new format of emails was an option that could be turned on and off since I much prefer the old ones - I know you can't please all of the users, but changes of this nature should be optional per installation, rather than enforced.

I do realise that I can change these myself using the templates, but that is a faff that I didn't want to have to do as part of an upgrade.
