      Hi,

      The customer is using JIRA in Hungarian with LDAP backend. The correct name ordering in Hungary is Surname first, and Givenname last.
      If they edit users in JIRA, and set "Full Name" in hungarian name order, then the givenName and sn LDAP attributes gets mixed up. The sn attribute will store the given name, and the givenName attribute will store the surname. As they use LDAP for other purposes too, they cannot do this.
