make the vertical height of the Wiki Renderer noformat window configurable

      We display fixed-width-font text-based graphs and tables in noformat windows but our graphs and tables are of a particular fixed height. The current noformat window fixed height is just slightly smaller than we'd like such that there's a vertical scrollbar present. Is there some way we can make the noformat window slightly higher to get rid of the vertical scrollbar? For background and examples, see https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-82756 .
