      When using a LDAP connector directory with Crowd (Sun One Delegated Directory to be more specific), the search results for a user ID exceed the result size limit, the users will be unable to login to JIRA, however the same users of the same directory can authenticate against Confluence and other tools that rely on the same Crowd directory.

      It would be a very good improvement if JIRA could handle the Crowd integration in the way Confluence does.
