Localisation of FilterSubscription page not possible

      Please provide a localised dropdown list of <div id="filter.subscription.prefix.runOnce"> in FilterSubscription page.

      By current settings are:

      jira.lf.date.time = HH:mm
jira.lf.date.day = EEEE HH:mm
jira.lf.date.complete = dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm
jira.lf.date.dmy = dd.MM.yyyy
jira.lf.date.relativize = true

jira.date.picker.java.format = dd.MM.yyyy
jira.date.picker.javascript.format = %e.%m.%Y

jira.date.time.picker.java.format = dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm
jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format = %e.%m.%Y %H:%M

jira.date.time.picker.use.iso8061 = true

      but they will not affect this page, so there is a usability break for german native speakers with english mask Elements ;/

      If there is already an issue for that, feel free to close this, can't find one at this time.
